Destiny Talley graduated in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is now a Virtual Adviser through CollegePoint based in Greensboro, NC and, prior to joining the team, she worked in a similar capacity through the Carolina College Advising Corps. These opportunities have provided a solid basis to deepen her commitment to educational advocacy when it comes to underrepresented students’ access to and persistence in higher education.
